Dick's areas of emphasis include research and development of
technology, product distribution, patent portfolio management, technology
transactions with universities, clinical trials for medical devices companies,
and outsourcing. He has extensive experience representing clients in company
formation, joint ventures and strategic alliances, private financings, and
mergers and acquisitions.
