His extensive practice also includes all facets of regulatory and consumer law compliance, commercial loans, loan workouts and restructuring, multi-bank participations and syndications, system-wide forms review and standardization, and new product development.
Mr. Koon is an adjunct professor at the University of Denver's Sturm College of Law, where he teaches secured transactions.
Mr. Koon often speaks to groups in fields relating to banking, bank director responsibility and liability, consumer lending, and commercial law.
