RICHARD M. GELB is a partner with the Boston trial firm of Gelb & Gelb LLP where he represents clients in civil and criminal litigation and regulatory proceedings in the financial services and health care areas. He received his B.A. from New York University and J.D. from Boston College Law School. Mr. Gelb is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of Commercial Litigation and Securities Litigation and New England Super Lawyers. He is a co-author of MCLE’s Massachusetts E-Discovery and Evidence: Preservation through Trial and a contributing author to Massachusetts Superior Court Civil Practice.
