David has years of experience in litigation and trial practice, including complex commercial matters, contract, torts and general corporate and business litigation. Campbell is also skilled in Alternative Dispute Resolution, including commercial and securities arbitration and mediation. He was admitted to the Indiana Bar and United States District Court, S.D. Ind., in 1974, the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit in 1982 and the United States Supreme Court in 1985. He received his undergraduate degree from Indiana State University in 1971 and his law degree from Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law, J.D., summa cum laude, in 1974. Campbell has lectured on administrative law at the Indiana University Robert H. McKinney School of Law where he has also instructed a class in legal writing.
