versed in all aspects of divorce law,
including matters involving custody, complex litigation, child support, alimony
and domestic violence, Rhian brings significant trial and courtroom experience

course of action for their particular circumstances, weighing the cost of
litigation against the likelihood of success with alternative dispute
resolution. Known for her energy, empathy and talent, Rhian represents clients
with complex legal issues such as multi-jurisdictional property cases, valuation
of unique real estate, and high-conflict custody cases.
She also works on issues that confront business owners and their spouses,
such as valuing corporate assets, complex tax issues and stock distributions.

including contract, commercial and real estate disputes, giving her a background
in business and litigation that is important when looking after her clients’
business interests.
Rhian also works with young professionals looking for a fresh start without
costly divorce litigation. She often represents people involved in domestic
violence disputes, helping clients seek protective orders, and defending those
accused of domestic violence.

on the executive committees of the Montgomery County Bar Association and the
Women’s Bar Association of Montgomery County, and as a Barrister of the Inns of
Court of Montgomery County. Rhian is the current chair of the Montgomery County
