A former chair of the State Bar of Georgia Corporate and Banking Law Section, Mitch assists banks and other lending institutions in debt financing, including both single-lender and syndicated loan transactions. He structures, documents, and closes loans, including asset-based, revolving and term credit facilities, and he also works on loan workouts, restructurings and debtor-in-possession and exit financing. Mitch's corporate practice involves counseling businesses in a wide variety of industries on mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt financings, contracting and corporate governance matters.
