The firm of Michael H. Schwartz, P.C., is a White Plains, New York, based law firm founded by attorney Michael H. Schwartz. For over 40 years, Mr. Schwartz has devoted his practice to bankruptcy and foreclosure defense law and serves clients throughout the New York metropolitan area, including Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Orange and Dutchess counties.
Mr. Schwartz graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor’s degree from City University of New York. He received his law degree cum laude from New York Law School, and has been licensed to practice law in New York since 1983.
He is a graduate of Max Gardner’s Bankruptcy Boot Camp and Veteran’s Boot Camp and holds a certification from the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Over the course of his career, Mr. Schwartz has handled a wide range of bankruptcy and foreclosure cases and has knowledge of all aspects of creditor and debtor issues.
He provides aggressive and dedicated representation to ensure individuals receive all necessary protection from creditors.
Mr. Schwartz has received various honors and awards for his accomplishments.
