Commercial experience includes disputes arising out of sales of businesses and failed mergers, real estate purchase and lease disputes, escrow and title insurance disputes, boundary and homeowner association disputes, lender/borrower disputes, breach of fiduciary duty and misrepresentation claims and secured transaction disputes.
