For over 28 years, David Bray has provided day-to-day counsel,
guidance, advice, and representation to clients on a range of employment law
matters and disputes. For the last five years, he has been listed in Best
Lawyers in America in the commercial litigation category. He regularly
represents clients in litigation in federal court, state court, and arbitration
tribunals in matters involving trade secrets, non-compete agreements, and other
employment claims. David is a 1992 graduate of Cornell Law School and has
published many articles regarding non-compete law and the use of non-compete,
anti-piracy, and confidentiality agreements to protect company intellectual
property. He is also a highly-regarded speaker on these topics. David is
currently licensed to practice in Arizona, Nevada, and California (currently on
inactive status) and before the Ninth Circuit and Tenth Circuit Courts of
Appeals, and had the honor of serving as a past chair of the Arizona Supreme
Court Committee on Examinations.
