Mr. Moss has more than 37 years of experience representing management in all areas of labor and employment law, including federal and state court employment discrimination and wrongful discharge litigation, collective bargaining negotiations, arbitrations, union organizing campaigns, cases before federal and state administrative agencies, wage and hour matters, and labor and employment law issues relating to sales, mergers, acquisitions, shutdowns and bankruptcies.

Other industries in which Mr. Moss advised clients regarding strike activity include food production, food service, drug distribution, airlines and airport ground service. Mr. Moss has also handled unfair labor practice charges and appellate litigation arising out of labor disputes, including union and employee access issues.
