Bill is a member in the environmental practice group, with a practice focused on air quality issues. Since 1991, he has provided his expertise to manufacturing clients regarding plant expansions, processing changes, transactions and enforcement defense in matters brought by local, state and federal environmental agencies. Bill also advises clients on climate change regulatory developments. He has extensive experience with all aspects of the Clean Air Act, including major and minor New Source Review, New Source Performance Standards, Maximum Achievable Control Technology requirements, and Title V Operating permits. Bill has unique experience and insight with regards to compliance counseling to the automobile manufacturing and parts industries.

Prior to private practice, served as managing attorney for air and water programs at the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency
Serving as outside environmental counsel for several major corporations, including automotive manufacturers, tire manuafacturing, furniture manufacturering, and foundries.
The enforcement defense of a stone and aggregate company, resulting in change of the Federal New Source Performance Standards Rule relating to underground non-metallic mineral processing.
