In the mergers and acquisitions arena, Tom has advised private equity sponsors and public and private strategic buyers in domestic and cross-border transactions involving US and foreign corporations, subchapter S companies, partnerships and limited liability companies. In addition, he has advised US and non-US public companies, closely held businesses and foreign investment funds on a broad range of international tax planning matters.
