Thomas Hanley's practice focuses on all areas of transactional real estate law, with emphasis on advising investors, lenders, property owners, and developers in all aspects of purchase, sale, financing, leasing and joint ventures involving hundreds of properties ranging from office and retail to multifamily and mixed-use projects. In addition, he has extensive experience in representation of commercial lenders in real estate financings.
Mr. Hanley has also been involved in numerous real property asset portfolio acquisitions and dispositions.
He also regularly advises clients in restructuring loan agreements, real estate workouts, negotiating pre-bankruptcy settlements, and coordinating regulatory compliance.
