Steve Schulte has more than 15 years of experience representing individuals and families harmed by unsafe practices and products. Since joining Fears Nachawati in 2020, he has managed a docket of over 4,000 IVC filter cases as well as co-founded and developed the firm's asbestos practice. In just a short period of time, that practice has grown and currently has a large docket of asbestos cases pending in courts across the country.
Mr. Schulte joined Fears Nachawati with vast experience representing clients in personal injury and wrongful death cases arising from exposures to toxic substances like asbestos and silica, defective drugs and medical devices, car and commercial truck accidents, workplace injuries, firearms, animal attacks, premises liability, civil rights violations, as well as cases involving sexual assault and abuse and institutional concealment. In state and federal courts across the country, Mr. Schulte has tried cases and obtained substantial recoveries for his clients.
