Ryan Lee Perry is a shareholder in the law firm of Giarmarco, Mullins & Horton, P.C. Ryan received his undergraduate degree from Kalamazoo College, his law degree from Wayne State University, where he was twice named the top oralist in its Moot Court Program, served as the Associate Editor for the Michigan International Lawyer from 1995 through 1997, and was a judicial intern for the Honorable Gerald E. Rosen for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan. Ryan is a graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy Litigation Program, and serves as a Case Evaluator for Oakland County Circuit Court’s Case Evaluation Program, Commercial Litigation Division.
Ryan’s area of specialization is commercial litigation and business and employment law. He assists businesses and business owners in all areas of commercial litigation and arbitration including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, non-competition issues, collection actions, and wrongful discharge. He has extensive experience in these areas, and is known for his aggressive pursuit of his client’s claims while also providing great personal service.
