Roger K. Evans is an experienced attorney with over 37 years of experience representing individuals, families, farmers, ranchers, and businesses in real estate, probate, will and trust administration, estate planning, construction and business matters. Mr. Evans has extensive trial experience, with both jury and non-jury trials in federal and state courts, in addition to arbitrations and mediations when litigation is necessary.
Mr. Evans is a member of the Marion County Bar Association and the Oregon State Bar Association as well as Oregon State Bar sections concerning Construction Law, Elder Law, Estate Planning and Administration, Business Law, and Real Estate and Land Use. Mr. Evans is licensed to practice in Oregon state courts and the U.S. District Court or Oregon, and is appointed to serve as an arbitrator to decide cases in Marion, Polk and Yamhill counties.
Mr. Evans lives in Salem, Oregon with his wife and his two children. He is an avid outdoors person who enjoys camping, snow and water skiing, riding dirt bikes and mountain bikes, hiking and rock climbing.
