Randy LeNeave is a Certified Civil Trial Lawyer with a record of numerous multi-million-dollar verdicts and recoveries. He serves as a member of the National Trial Lawyers Top 100, Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, American Board of Trial Advocates, and International Society of Barristers, and as a board member of the Academy of Rail Labor Attorneys (ARLA). Randy’s practice includes a special focus on representing injured railroad workers under the FELA (Federal Employers’ Liability Act). Randy began his legal career in the 1980s as a clerk at the nationally recognized DeParcq Law Firm. He is privileged to serve as Designated Legal Counsel for the Brotherhood of Railway Signalman (BRS), and proudly represents railroaders of all the major rail unions, including the Brotherhood of Locomotive Engineers and Trainmen (BLET), Transportation Communications Union, Fireman & Oilers, Brotherhood of Maintenance of Way Employees (BMWED), SMART/UTU, electricians, machinists, and others. Randy also represents professional athletes and proudly serves as Designated Counsel for the NFL Players Association, the National Hockey League Players Association (NHLPA), and the Professional Hockey Players’ Association (PHPA).
