Paul J. Cordaro, a Member of the firm, joined Campbell & Levine in 2002 and focuses his practice on bankruptcy reorganization, insolvency matters and traditional corporate and transactional matters. Having a deep understanding of both the legal and practical implications of workout and bankruptcy issues, Paul routinely plays a major role in significant insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings representing businesses (debtors, creditors, and lenders) in various stages of financial restructurings - from out-of-court workouts to court monitored processes, including Chapter 11 bankrupcty proceedings and State Court receiverships. Paul also serves as a Court appointed receiver in state court receivership proceedings. Paul also represents numerous businesses on a wide variety of corporate and transactional matters, including entity formation, real estate transactions, asset and stock transactions, general contractual matters, corporate governance matters, and compliance with various laws and regulations. Based in Pittsburgh, Paul represents clients throughout the country.
