Omer Gamlieli focuses his practice on complex litigation, with a particular emphasis on product liability and mass tort matters.
Omer’s experience includes representing multinational clients in litigation, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, licensing agreements, joint ventures and shareholders agreements, as well as general commercial transactions. In this capacity, he works with clients in a wide range of industries, including software and technology, cyber security, telecommunications, pharmaceutical and health care. Omer’s experience also includes representing municipalities and other public sector authorities in public-private partnership transactions and bond offerings for infrastructure projects, as well as representing a multinational pharmaceutical company in a government investigation involving alleged violations of the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act.
While in law school, Omer served as notes and articles editor of the University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Law.
