Norman Jenkins has focused his practice on the areas of labor and employment law throughout his professional career.
He has extensive experience counseling clients in the retail, apparel, healthcare, food service, financial services, technology and other industries on compliance issues, workplace policies, workplace investigations, executive compensation and severance issues, discrimination and wrongful termination claims, confidentiality and non-competition agreements, the employment aspects of corporate restructuring and mergers and acquisitions, whistleblower claims and wage and hour issues.
Norman also regularly represents clients before the full range of administrative agencies responsible for enforcing labor and employment laws, negotiates on behalf of client employers with unions and employee organizations and advises clients on legal issues related to unionizing campaigns.
Prior to joining FordHarrison, Norman was a partner in the employment law practice group of a large international full service law firm.
