Meghan M. DiPasquale
A founding member of Ward Greenberg, Meghan delivers comprehensive, practical advice and creative legal solutions for her clients. She is an accomplished litigator who has resolved disputes through both negotiation and litigation in state and federal courts across the country. Her practice focuses on employment law, toxic and complex mass torts, commercial cases, and products liability.
Meghan works closely with clients to mitigate risk, counsels on compliance with federal and state laws governing the workplace, and prepares and updates employer policies related to labor and employment issues. She has represented corporations and colleges and universities in cases involving discrimination and sexual harassment claims, workplace malfeasance and discipline, and non-compete and confidentiality agreements. She also assists both employees and employers in the negotiation of separation agreements.
Meghan’s commercial experience includes breach of contract and misappropriation of trade secrets.
Serving as national counsel for a Fortune 500 company, Meghan represents clients in cases involving numerous plaintiffs claiming personal injury from alleged toxic exposure and has handled personal injury and property damage cases involving multiple chemicals. She works closely with experts in medicine, toxicology, engineering, valuation, and other specialized fields.
Meghan has significant training and experience in alternative dispute resolution, and serves as a certified federal court mediator, appointed to the ADR Panel of Neutrals in the ADR Program for the U.S. District Court for the Western District of New York.
