Mark W. Moran is a partner in the complex litigation/dispute resolution group and he chairs the firm’s large loss property subrogation practice.
Mark has over 30 years of litigation experience. His unique subrogation practice is exclusively focused on contingency-fee-based, large property loss recovery. Mark and his team have successfully litigated and tried to verdict dozens of property damage and construction defect cases throughout the country, several of which required jury trials and appeals.
Mark is repeatedly selected by his peers as a Texas Super Lawyer and he is rated AV Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell. He is a member of the National Association of Subrogation Professionals and the Million Dollar Advocates Forum®, The Top Trial Lawyers in America®.
Mark received his J.D. from St. Mary’s University School of Law where he served as articles editor of the St. Mary’s Law Journal. He clerked for the Honorable Reynaldo Garza, United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and prior to law school, Mark earned his B.B.A. in finance and accounting from Texas A&M University.
