Mark B. D’Antoni is a partner in the Charleston office of Bowles Rice and concentrates his practice in business, energy, commercial real estate and condominium law.
Mr. D'Antoni is the author of “Survey of Developments in West Virginia Law 1985: Commercial Law,” (Volume 88 West Virginia Law Review, 1985-1986) and “Survey of Developments in West Virginia Law 1985: Legislative Developments in Commerce,” (Volume 88 West Virginia Law Review, 1985-1986)
A graduate of the West Virginia University College of Law, he earned his law degree in 1987. He was Order of the Coif, a member of Omicron Delta Kappa and a member of the West Virginia Law Review. He was awarded the Thomas N. Chambers Award in Taxation and the Arthur Ritz Kingdon, Jr. Memorial Law Prize. He received his bachelor of science degree in 1984, graduating magna cum laude from the University of South Carolina Coastal Carolina College.
He was named to Best Lawyers in America (2009-2014) in the areas of Corporate Law and Real Estate Law.
Mr. D'Antoni is a title insurance agent for First American Title. He is a member of the West Virginia State Bar and the Kanawha County Bar Association, and is licensed to practice in West Virginia.
