Mackenzie Orchard’s Wichita-based family law practice includes matters of divorce, paternity, child custody, child support, spousal maintenance, guardianships, adoption, and Child in Need of Care (CINC).
Mackenzie is a gifted advocate who puts her problem-solving skills to work for her clients every day. With a background teaching criminal justice, Mackenzie is particularly skilled at translating legalese into plain English. She helps her clients understand their legal options in clear terms so they feel confident making life-changing decisions for themselves and their families.
Mackenzie has experience as a Guardian ad Litem—having representing juveniles in child welfare and juvenile justice cases through the University of Nebraska School of Law’s Children’s Justice Clinic throughout her last year of law school. Now, Mackenzie harnesses that experience to assist her family law clients in all manner of cases involving the best interests of the children.
