Lauren H. Evans advises clients on litigation matters, with a particular focus on complex commercial disputes.
While in law school, Lauren served as a certified legal intern for the Public Defender’s Office in Gainesville, Florida, where she represented clients in misdemeanor jury trials, evidentiary hearings, pretrial proceedings and numerous other events before the court. Among other issues, Lauren’s research covers topics such as contract, internet and healthcare law.
While in law school, Lauren served as articles editor and communications editor for the Florida Law Review, as a legal intern in the Statewide Prosecution Division of the Office of the Attorney General, and as a legal extern in the Special Prosecutions division of the US Attorney’s Office. Lauren was also a teaching assistant for legal writing, appellate advocacy and trial practice.
