Kelly Noyes is a Shareholder in the Litigation and Risk Management Practice Group and co-Chair of the Class Actions Section in the Milwaukee office of von Briesen & Roper, s.c. Kelly represents businesses, banks, hospitals and health care systems in a variety of litigation matters including contract disputes, business torts, non-compete agreements, insurance coverage, ERISA, environmental disputes, collections, appellate work, and toxic torts. Kelly represents clients in both state and federal court, and has litigated appeals before the Wisconsin Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, as well as the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals.

During law school, Kelly was a Note and Comment Editor for the Wisconsin Law Review. Her Comment, “Get Cash Until Payday! The Payday-Loan Problem in Wisconsin,” was published in the 2006 Volume of the Wisconsin Law Review. She also participated in internships with the Wisconsin Department of Justice Civil Litigation Unit, the Consumer Law Litigation Clinic, and Judge John Coffey of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
