Katrina Rogachevsky represents clients in litigation before state and federal courts across the country.
Prior to joining McDermott, Katrina served as a law clerk for the Honorable Jenny Rivera of the New York Court of Appeals, New York’s highest state court. In that capacity, she drafted bench memoranda and assisted with the drafting of judicial decisions addressing a wide variety of legal issues. Prior to her clerkship, Katrina served as an Assistant Corporation Counsel with the City of Boston Law Department, where she represented the city in various matters and served as a policy advisor for the Mayor’s chief legal counsel.
During law school, Katrina interned with the US Senate Committee on Health Education, Labor and Pensions, and with the Honorable Margot Botsford of the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Prior to attending law school, Katrina was Chief of Staff for a Massachusetts State Senator.
