He has a broad spectrum of patent prosecution-related experience in the mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical, and biomedical arts, with a particular focus on the aerospace, life sciences, and outdoor recreation industries.
His experience includes preparing and prosecuting utility and design patent applications, managing U.S. and foreign patent portfolios, and conducting due diligence investigations, patentability and freedom to operate opinions, inter partes reviews (IPRs), and reexamination proceedings.
