Josh Bendor’s practice focuses on civil litigation, appeals, and professional liability. His work often involves matters of public law, including constitutional law and election law, and he has represented clients in a variety of complex, high-profile lawsuits in Arizona. He also represents lawyers and law firms in malpractice actions and disciplinary matters. His commercial litigation clients range from Fortune 500 companies to small businesses.
Josh maintains an active pro bono practice, primarily in the areas of immigration and civil rights. He also serves on the boards of the Florence Project and the Morris Institute for Justice.
Before joining Osborn Maledon, Josh clerked on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He graduated from Yale College and Yale Law School.
