John K. Bennett is a Shareholder in the Morristown, New Jersey office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Mr. Bennett’s entire practice is devoted to representing employers in all areas of labor and employment-related matters. He is well versed in handling: employment-related litigation in federal and state courts and administrative agencies, including jury trials; negotiating and enforcement of employment agreements and restrictive covenants, traditional labor matters before the National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and arbitrations under collective bargaining agreements; labor-injunction matters in federal and state courts; and virtually all aspects of labor relations and employment law for employers.

Mr. Bennett was Articles Editor for the Seton Hall Law Review. When he received a Master of Law (LL.M. in Labor Law) degree, summa cum laude, from New York University School of Law, he was recognized for achieving the highest grade point average in the school’s Labor Law Program. From 1980-1981 he was law clerk to the Hon. Robert L. Clifford, Justice of the New Jersey Supreme Court.
