He has handled complex explosion and burn cases, wrongful death, and multiple injury cases. He has also lectured frequently on litigation, trial strategy, and is the architect of Holland & Hart's Emergency Response services. Because of this focus, Mr. Teig has developed considerable experience in the area of workplace safety regulation, including OSHA and MSHA investigations and contested case proceedings.
Mr. Teig is admitted in Colorado and Wyoming and is licensed to practice in the federal courts in both states, as well as the U.S. Courts of Appeals for the 9th and 10th Circuits. He has also handles matters throughout the Mountain West and Alaska.
