Jeffrey Luszeck is a partner with the firm, where he focuses his practice primarily on trust and estate litigation, business litigation, trust and estate administration and guardianship. Jeff has represented heirs, beneficiaries, creditors and fiduciaries in contested matters affecting all aspects of trusts and estates, including undue influence, testamentary and contractual capacity, unjust enrichment, forgery, fraud and technical incapacity. He also handles all aspects of trust and estate administration.
Jeff’s extensive litigation experience includes case assessment, to all stages of litigation, including motion practice, hearings, discovery, depositions, bench and jury trials, settlement conferences and mediations. Notably, Jeff was part of the firm's team who successfully litigated one of the largest matters in the State of Nevada concerning the distribution of trust proceeds (approximately $500 million) arising from the sale of Kelley Blue Book. He also engages in appellate practice in the areas of estates and trusts, and has successfully argued before the Nevada Supreme Court regarding domestic asset protection (spendthrift) trusts.
Jeff is recognized as a leader in his field and has received several honors and awards to date. Additionally, he has authored numerous articles and frequently conducts seminars throughout the community relating to his areas of expertise.
Jeff currently serves as Secretary for the Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Nevada's Legislative Committee. He is also an active member of the State Bar of Nevada's Continuing Legal Education Committee, Clark County Bar Association's Community Service Committee and Probate and Trust Section of the State Bar of Nevada.
