Jason Bring is a partner in Arnall Golden Gregory's Healthcare and Litigation Practices, and he leads the firm's Long-term Care Defense Practice. Mr. Bring is a frequent author and speaker on emerging healthcare issues and governmental regulatory initiatives, including a blog for Long-Term Living magazine.
Mr. Bring represents nursing homes, hospitals and other institutional providers in litigation, governmental investigations, regulatory compliance and administrative disputes. In addition to counseling clients, he defends providers in False Claims Act (whistleblower) cases and investigations nationally; defends nursing homes against liability claims nationally; represents providers in certificate of need (CON) matters; and pursues administrative appeals on behalf of providers to recover and maximize reimbursement under the Medicare and Medicaid programs. He also serves on the Board of Directors for the Georgia Hospice and Palliative Care Organization. Mr. Bring’s reimbursement work includes handling Recovery Audit Contractor (RAC) Medicare audits and appeals, as well as Zone Program Integrity Contractors (ZPIC) audits and appeals.
