PRESERVING HEALTHCARE CAREERS SINCE 2001.
I opened my solo law practice in January 2001, after more than six and a half years as the first in-house chief prosecutor and general counsel to the North Carolina Medical Board.
I concentrate my practice full-time in helping healthcare professionals obtain and preserve the constellation of rights necessary for successful practice.
These include:
Healthcare licensing board matters
Hospital privileges
Insurance credentialing and deselection
DEA registration
Medicare exclusion
NPDB/HIPDB reporting
Military medical credentialing
I am an American Health Lawyers Association trained Peer Review Hearing Officer and often serve as a hearing officer at hospital fair hearings.
