Jaime A. Luque works on a wide variety of discovery and litigation matters, including health care provider False Claims Act litigation pertaining to drug billing and the medical necessity of hospital procedures, Stark law and Anti-Kickback Statute litigation, Foreign Corrupt Practices Act violations and general complex commercial litigation.
Jaime has significant experience using industry-leading technologies to assist clients preparing for trial. He also has managed numerous large-scale electronic document reviews. Drawing on his experience in health care matters and in working with Latin American companies, Jaime has also provided transactional representation in connection with joint ventures, and mergers and acquisitions of international health care companies in and outside of the United States.
Jaime is also actively committed to providing quality pro bono representation, and has been recognized for his work in matters related to the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction, Asylum, and Violence Against Women Act cases.
Previously, Jaime provided e-discovery and review project management services to several prominent international law firms in the Chicago area. He also worked as an associate at a national immigration law firm, where he assisted clients in business and family immigration matters before the US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) and the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) Immigration Court.
