Co-Chair of the Labor & Employment Practice Group, Gregg Gilman’s practice is devoted to labor and personnel issues, including wage and hour issues, terminations, reductions in force, restrictive covenants, employment/separation agreements, executive compensation, harassment investigations, and employment policies. He also litigates all labor and employment matters. He is recognized for his interactive training seminars on preventive management, including sexual harassment and workplace sensitivity training.
