Frances H. Parrish
Frances Howell Parrish is an Associate in the Commercial Real Estate Development and Finance Practice where she represents developers and owners in all phases of commercial real estate including acquisition, development, financing, disposition and tax-free exchanges.
Before joining the firm, Frances served as Deputy Counsel in the Office of the Governor for the State of Georgia under Governor Nathan Deal. She worked directly with the Governor’s Executive Counsel and Deputy Executive Counsel on all legal matters affecting the Office of the Governor and responded to all Executive Orders and Open Records Act requests. In addition, Frances prepared memorandum of law, conducted extensive legal research, attended community meetings and hearings on behalf of the Governor’s office and assisted with analyzing a variety of legal issues concerning the governor and his staff.
Prior to her work in the Office of the Governor, Frances was a judicial extern for The Honorable Justice P. Harris Hines of the Georgia Supreme Court and held a variety of summer associate positions in private practice while still in law school.
