Mr. Kadish has represented numerous individuals and businesses covering a wide range of Business and Real Estate matters for over 40 years in Arizona. His clients include local and regional restaurateurs, home builders, commercial developers, landlords, tenants, real estate brokers, property managers, and convenience store owners. Over the past four decades, Mr. Kadish has helped dozens of business startups incorporate or form limited liability companies. While he does not generally litigate matters on behalf of clients, he can and does, in many cases, resolve disputes through negotiated settlements acceptable to the parties without resorting to costly court action. Mr. Kadish has served for several years as an impartial arbitrator or mediator, both court ordered and on an informal basis, dealing with a range of business and other legal disputes.
Early in his career, Mr. Kadish owned and managed a family-owned, construction-related business having a work force of over 100 employees. The practical, results-oriented approach to solving legal and business matters honed from this experience guides Mr. Kadish’s approach to serving clients. His commitment is to provide legal services at a reasonable cost based on anticipated results, whether the objective is to minimize liability exposure or to generate revenue.
In addition to his Business Law practice, Mr. Kadish’s Real Estate Law experience includes negotiating, documenting, and closing transactions, as well as preparing purchase and sale agreements, leases, deeds, promissory notes, financing instruments, and other documents dealing with residential and commercial real estate matters, both simple and complex. Mr. Kadish is often called upon to counsel with fellow lawyers, escrow officers, and other real estate professionals concerning complicated real estate transactions.
Committed to community service, Mr. Kadish currently serves on the Board of Directors of the non-profit Arizona Center for Law in the Public Interest, a public interest law firm, and as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Centennial Theatre Foundation, an Arizona based non-profit organization dedicated to developing and promoting original theatrical productions with Arizona and Southwestern themes. In addition, Mr. Kadish is a Trusted Advisor Network board member, and is Treasurer and an Affiliate Board Member of Arizona Business Brokers Association. Throughout his career, Mr. Kadish has served on numerous non-profit and for profit boards as well as governmental and quasi-governmental boards and commissions.
