The practical, results-oriented approach to solving legal and business matters honed from this experience guides Mr. Kadish’s approach to serving clients. His commitment is to provide legal services at a reasonable cost based on anticipated results, whether the objective is to minimize liability exposure or to generate revenue.
In addition to his Business Law practice, Mr. Kadish’s Real Estate Law experience includes negotiating, documenting, and closing transactions, as well as preparing purchase and sale agreements, leases, deeds, promissory notes, financing instruments, and other documents dealing with residential and commercial real estate matters, both simple and complex.
