For over 20 years, Erin has defended both private and public-sector employers before state and federal courts and agencies. Erin is a trusted advisor to a broad range of employers, including large hospitals, retail establishments, call centers, manufacturing companies, accounting firms, pharmaceutical companies, financial services businesses, software development companies, health care providers, school districts and municipalities. She assists employers in managing the employment relationship, conducts investigations into claims of harassment and discrimination, develops strategies for relations with labor organizations, handles disputes involving non-competition agreements, conducts training of supervisors and management, and defends employers through trials and appeals when they are wrongfully accused of violation of employment laws. Erin graduated cum laude from the University of Florida and obtained her Juris Doctor from the Florida State University College of Law, where she served on the Law Review and the Mock Trial team. Since 2006, Erin has been Board Certified by The Florida Bar in Labor and Employment Law. She is AV-Rated 5.0/5.0 by Martindale Hubbell. She was named a 2018 BusinessWoman of the Year Honoree by the Tampa Bay Business Journal and has been named among the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Florida by Super Lawyers (2019 - 2022). In December, 2022, Erin was awarded the George C. Carr Memorial Award by the Tampa Bay Chapter of the Federal Bar Association, recognizing excellence in federal practice and commitment to the Federal Bar Association. Erin has served as the planning chair for the Federal Bar Association National Convention and served on the planning committee for the 2020 and 2022 Eleventh Circuit Judicial Conferences. Erin is also a member of the Executive Board for the Glazer Children’s Museum, where she also serves as Chair of the Governance Committee.
