Eileen C. Zorc defends management in state and federal court and before administrative agencies and arbitrators. Ms. Zorc has litigated a wide variety of employment cases, including defending employers against claims of wrongful termination, defamation, discrimination and harassment on the basis of sex, race, national origin, age, and disability, failure to accommodate, as well as breach of contract claims, among other employment claims. She has a broad range of industry experience, including healthcare, insurance, banking, retail, and airline, among other industries.
Ms. Zorc also has experience defending employers against class actions, including cases involving FLSA claims, state wage and hour claims, and race discrimination. Ms. Zorc has also conducted fact-finding investigations involving alleged harassment, retaliation, and other workplace issues.
Prior to joining MJW in May 2012, Ms. Zorc practiced labor and employment law at Seyfarth Shaw LLP in Los Angeles, California.
Ms. Zorc is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Georgetown University Law Center. She is licensed to practice in the states of Hawaii and California and is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in Hawaii and California, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and the D.C. Circuits.
