With over 40 years of experience handling complex litigation involving personal injury, Ed Blizzard represents people in Houston, Texas, and nationwide. Devoting most of his time to medical device and pharmaceutical litigation, Mr. Blizzard is admitted to practice in Texas, and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas, and the United States Court of Federal Claims. Mr. Blizzard is board-certified by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization in personal injury trial law and also a member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. In the past, he has appeared pro hac vice before the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Superior Court, the Court of Common Pleas in Philadelphia, and many U.S. District Courts. A member of the American Association for Justice, Mr. Blizzard also formerly served on the Board of Governors and currently serves on the Leaders Forum. He is a member of the Texas Trial Lawyers Association, the State Bar of Texas, the Houston Bar Association, and the Litigation Counsel of America. At The University of Texas at Austin, Mr. Blizzard graduated with honors with a Bachelor of Arts in government. He then obtained a Juris Doctor with honors from Baylor School of Law.
