Diane Bissonnette Moes joined Barrett & Singal in 2003 and is a partner in the firm's Health Law practice. As a leader in the group, she provides services for hospitals, health systems, academic medical centers, ambulatory surgery centers, physician practices, provider networks, and other not-for- profit and proprietary health care providers, payors, and vendors to the health care industry. Her experience includes counsel to health care entities regarding diversification strategies; and regulatory compliance; corporate governance and best practices; development of managed care strategies; formation of hospital/provider networks; risk management; physician recruitment; buying and selling of physician practices and other health care entities and practice management; development of assisted living facilities; advice on fraud and abuse; reimbursement; and general corporate matters.
In addition to her legal work, Diane currently serves on the Board of Directors for Community Servings, the Board of Governors of Tufts Medical Center; and is a member of the Massachusetts Women’s Forum. She served as the Mayor's Appointee to the State Boston Retirement Board and is a former member of the Boards of Trustees of University of Massachusetts, UMass Memorial Health Care, HealthAlliance Hospital, Health Law Advocates. Diane frequently presents to a range of audiences on a variety of health care and governance topics.
