Dennis M. Sandoval
Dennis was paralyzed in an accident in 1992. He regained use of his arms after three long years of rehabilitation. He decided to go to law school and become a lawyer. After graduation, Dennis opened his law practice. He dedicated the law practice to assisting people with disabilities and the elderly. His Riverside, California law firm specializes is estate planning; probate; conservatorships; special needs planning; trustee and other fiduciary services; tax planning and tax controversy assistance; will and trust litigation; and elder law, including assisting seniors and special needs persons with protecting their assets while also qualifying for government assistance.
Dennis is the only attorney in California with the three specialist certifications of Certified Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law Specialist; Certified Taxation Law Specialist; and Certified Elder Law Attorney (CELA). He is also an Accredited Estate Planner (AEP) and Southern California Super Lawyer. Dennis is one of fewer than 100 attorneys nationwide to be named a Fellow of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).
