David B. Zabel is a principal in Cohen and Wolf's Litigation,Employment & Labor, Municipal, Bankruptcy and Legal Ethics Groups. Resident in the firm's Bridgeport office, Mr. Zabel has extensive experience in complex commercial litigation in federal and state courts, arbitration proceedings, including representing policyholders in coverage disputes with insurers, real estate litigation, disputes involving closely held businesses, business torts, probate litigation, municipal litigation and complex bankruptcy proceedings. In the employment arena, Mr. Zabel represents business owners and management, and counsels employers in a variety of employment matters, including discrimination, wrongful discharge claims, restrictive covenants, employment agreements, and personnel policies and procedures.

Mr. Zabel received his A.B. in 1979 from Brown University and his J.D. in 1982 from the University of Virginia School of Law.
