Doug has taken four cases to the Supreme Court of Texas and represented clients in at least 16 cases before the Texas Courts of Appeals. He also has handled several appeals before the 5th U.S.Circuit Court of Appeals.
Doug is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He received his law degree with honors from the University of Texas School of Law in 1981 and earned his B.A. magna cum laude from Amherst College in 1978.
Doug has been recognized for his accomplishments by numerous organizations.
