Over 40 years experience as a trial lawyer and as a construction lawyer. Served as trial lawyer in securities, contract, errors and omissions and casualty disputes, as well as construction and business litigation. Represented owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, and architects and engineers. Counsel to individuals and companies for trials, appeals, arbitration, and mediation.
Member of the the Forum On The Construction Industry, Litigation Section, and Alternative Dispute Resolution Section of the American Bar Association.
Serve on the Panel of Mediators and the Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association [Commercial/Construction]. Certified Mediator by the Arkansas Alternative Dispute Resolution Commission in Civil and Probate and Domestic Relations; Appellate Training For Arkansas Supreme Court Appellate Mediation Project. Member, Association of Attorney-Mediators.
Practicing lawyer and member of Arkansas and American Bar Associations for over 40 years and served as Secretary of the Arkansas Bar Association and President of the Arkansas Bar Foundation.
