Clarence A. Wilbon joined Adams and Reese in 2014 as a Partner in the firm’s Memphis office.
Clarence represents clients in various sectors of commercial and financial services litigation and product liability defense. His focus on his clients' business objectives has helped them achieve their goals as well as obtain favorable judgments in a range of claims.
Clarence, licensed to practice in Tennessee and Kentucky, is ranked among Best Lawyers® in Commercial Litigation and Banking and Finance Litigation. Clarence was the first African American Partner at his former firm, Bass Berry & Sims.

Clarence is active in the community through various board and charitable activities, including service on the Tennessee Bar Association, American Bar Association Banking and Lender Liability Litigation Subcommittee as Co-Chair, Grace St. Luke’s Episcopal School Board of Trustees and Germantown Baseball Club Board of Directors.
Clarence is a graduate of both, the Tennessee Bar Association Law Leadership, Class of 2008, and the Memphis Bar Association Leadership Forum, Class of 2006.
