Christopher A. Ward serves as Chair of Polsinelli’s Bankruptcy & Restructuring practice and is the Managing Shareholder of Polsinelli's Wilmington, Delaware office. He is also the Vice-President - Development on the Executive Board of the Board of Directors of the American Bankruptcy Institute (ABI), as well as Polsinelli's Board of Directors. Chris focuses his practice on corporate bankruptcy, financial restructuring, bankruptcy and distressed litigation, and distressed asset sales, as well as non-bankruptcy alternatives.
