Chip Brooker is a trial lawyer who focuses his nationwide practice on representing individuals and their families in wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases involving dangerous and defective products, construction and workplace accidents, trucking and transportation accidents, commercial and private plane crashes, explosions and burns, and medical and other professional negligence. Brooker has represented plaintiffs as lead counsel in state and federal courts, in arbitration, and on appeal. His goal is to maximize recoveries and obtain justice for his clients. He has fought on behalf of clients to demand changes in the way that defendants operate, creating safer communities and safer workplaces.
Brooker also represents individuals and businesses in complex business disputes involving claims of fraud, breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, and other business torts.
Since joining the firm in 2013, Brooker has developed a first-hand understanding of the firm’s unique approach to litigation. Deliberate planning and preparation allow him to efficiently and aggressively pursue clients' claims.
Before joining the firm, he spent more than seven years at Haynes and Boone, LLP—the largest law firm in Dallas—representing plaintiffs and defendants in complex litigation involving oil and gas, real estate, healthcare, intellectual property, and other commercial disputes. Brooker also spent approximately two years at PayneMitchell Law Group in Dallas representing individuals and their families in wrongful death and catastrophic personal injuries caused by defective aviation and automotive products.
