Charles (Charlie) J. Ditkoff has decades of firsthand experience in the investment banking and health care services industries. He has an extensive background counseling health care services clients on regulatory, reimbursement and operational issues. Charlie also advises clients on all aspects of major corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and going-private transactions.
Prior to entering private practice, Charlie held key leadership roles at several global financial institutions. Most recently, he served as vice chairman and head of global health care corporate and investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Previously, he was principal/vice president of the Corporate Finance Group at Morgan Stanley. He also worked as vice president at Credit Suisse First Boston and as a securities lawyer with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP. Charlie began his career as a law clerk to Judge Peter K. Leisure of the US District Court for the Southern District of New York.
Charlie has earned the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA, formerly National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD)) Series 7, 63 and 24.
